It was my fault for not getting it out before 7am. I had it out by 8am and in the years I’ve lived here, neither garbage nor recycling has ever come this early. My bins are completely full and I’d really appreciate if they can be picked up. Thank you in advance. I know this is the second request. My neighbor tried putting one first thing this morning to help me.
