Homeless camp (tents, open waste pits, fires, etc.) set up on vacant lot near home. First noticed tent tied to fence on her property line on 3/30/20. Can see another camp on 3rd Avenue, looking from her backyard.

This complaint is resolved as the tent and property have been removed from the City-owned parcel.
