Notice:
Although Santek is currently running their regular garbage and debris routes, their crews are not running full staff at this time due to COVID19. Your normal route driver may not pick up debris outside of the cart. This is temporary due to a heavy increase in limbs/debris/bulky item pick up request. A separate brush truck has been assigned to Limbs/debris and bulky pick up request.
Please email or call in any bulky item pickup request or limbs and bagged debris request. Please advise us if debris has not been picked up in the designated period above (3 to 10 days) and we will send a reminder to Santek immediately.
Remember, excessive debris produced by Landscapers and Lawn companies will not be picked up. Vendors are aware that they must remove all debris produced because of their services within the City of Hoover.
If you use our free app, click on the down arrow with three small lines at the bottom of the request and notice the option to “Change Status” at the bottom of the page. Click “Close” when your debris has been picked up. You may also notify us by email at (myhooverconnect@hooveralabama.gov) to close the request once your issue is resolved. Otherwise, your request will remain open for 10 days to allow for notifications and then it will be closed.
