  I wanted to follow up on this issue - which has yet to be resolved. Immediately after reporting this, two different teams came out to assess the blockage. They were going to send someone out to get a look into the drainage pipe via a camera, but haven't heard or seen anyone so far. Please give me an update. Thanks!

  I spoke with the city worker who came out last week to inspect the blockage in our storm drain pipe with a camera. He discovered the drainpipe running under our driveway is severely caved in from top to bottom. He commented that this should be a high priority for repair, especially since the backed up water could run directly into our house. Please let me know when this will be scheduled for repair as I am concerned because we are expecting a lot of rain over the next week or so. Thank you!

  WILL SOMEONE PLEASE RESPOND?? I'm trying to have patience but things are getting worse each day. Now I have BUILT UP STORMWATER COMING UP FROM UNDER MY PROPERTY!! THE SMELL IS PUTRID AND UNSANITARY!! I HAVE A STANDING POOL OF WATER BUILDING UP NEXT TO MY DRIVEWAY / BASEMENT. PLEASE PLEASE RESPOND. Thank You.
