Description

This tree has seriously overgrown, first on the sidewalk then blocking vision for you to turn, then next hiding the fire hydrant. That is most important the fire hydrant, it needs to be cut down completely. The lot is on the COH side of the street. please come and remove this tree before we have a major accident and in need of a fire engine truck. This can't be legal with this tree obstruction.
