This issue has still not been addressed. The highway department must have graffiti remover. Members of the department pass Hill Road every day to go to the West Groton highway department location. This is a relatively easy fix that has been ignored. I'm sure if these signs were on Riverbend or in the Kirk Farm estates development, it would have been attended to weeks ago.
