Description

We propose that a mixed use business center would afford space for business that want to be downtown but are unable to afford the real estate cost of being located in the downtown central business district. It would bring economic vitality to the Meridian Corridor. An additional benefit would be the jobs that would be created that could be supported by three man-power sources. (Alabama A&M University, Drake Tech, and Lee High School)
