I have seen this house It absolutely need some attention. So is the one a little farther up the street from it 743 19th ave s I have brought it to the attention of the City a number of occasion. With the exception of having some of the brushes cleaned up there haven't been much done to the house. This house is in a deplorable condition it looks abandoned but there is someone residing at the resident.
