  After I heard the recycling truck pass this intersection, I spoke to one of the recycling haulers a block away on Marion Road W. I informed him that I placed the spilled recycling material in a green can at this intersection, including additional material half a block away on the road. He stated that they would take care of it, and i stated i would make a report of it if it was not. Over two hours later, this issues was still not resolved, far exceding the 15 minutes that the Marion Road route should take. The CDL driver (that I did not talk to as i flagged the rear operator) clearly did not secure his load, let alone, just look in the rear view mirrors. Please address this issue.

  This (#7721331) issue is not closed. When is my recycling going to be picked up in full?? Nobody picked up the recycling. Who closed this. The recycling is still waiting to be picked up. It has been four days.

  The hauler has been notified again however recycling is handled by Mercer County Improvement Authority. They have been more strict on collections as of late and if your bin is contaminated it will not be collected. Please review the attached photo for any contaminated items. If you have questions you can contact them through their online portal http://www.mcianj.org/311

  Please review the photo again. Is it the haulers policy to dump unsuitable material in the street. I have another photo of material dumped further down the road. The issue is not unsuitable material in the recycling bin. The issue is the hauler either dumped the material in the street or drove away too fast with an unsecured load. When is the hauler going to pick up they are contractually already obligated to do?
