Still an issue. This vehicle and others are always in the red zone and never have I seen them cited. I figured the city would be all over this as it's easy revenue for them. Ah, well.

No luck with Parking Enforcement at 510-238-3099? Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM only, though.

I haven't been able to reach a live person. There was an email address that I tried once, but it bounced back as invalid. I never see their vehicles patrolling through here. Talk about a gold mine for them. I just hope that if I keep the ticket open long enough, something may eventually happen. This street is scary enough to traverse without being unable to see the traffic properly.
