That's too bad that your department can't help us. The day before yesterday there was a male and female having sex on the recliner as my husband drove by them at 5am, then at today there is an empty cigarette box on the pile of trash and cigarette butts on the ground. Myself and the neighbors are afraid this pile furniture is going to coach on fire.
