It's still a mess. I

The City of Oakland Public Works Agency has received this issue. It is registered as service request # 485381. Please check back for status updates or contact us directly at (510) 615-5566.

It's a pretty significant walking path between West Oakland and Emeryville. If the Public Works isn't the one to resolve this matter, how do we get this fixed? It's not like a few droppings here or there. It's taking up a good deal of the sidewalk. It'd be good to prevent them from roosting up there, as this will be an ongoing problem otherwise.
