Will street light be added to this block and the surrounding? I was told last year this area may be getting lights. It is extremely dark in the area and many car break ins accursed last fall including my car. This was reported to the police and also on the ring app. This block only has two street lights which are both dim and yellow. Dowling park a few block over has been lined with lights and looks much better and is lit up all night. I leave for work before sunrise all year round and would feel more safe if I could see the area around me without a flash light.
