this spot has been a huge issue for the last 4 months and more now. people keep dumping their trash right behind 811 Newton ave South in the ally way. there is also 1 entire black trash bin missing! which doesn't help because the 1 that is there is full in less that 2 days. it would help if signs were posted stating nonpublic dumping or you'll get fined and putting another black trash can there could possibly help. I've reported this issue many times with no results. let's keep st. pete beautiful. this- is NOT beautiful. help us out.
