Older white guy living out of the green shed at the back of the property, he is starting to pile up broken bikes along the fences as well as other things as well. Has been only showing up when he is looking to sleep like evening hours or weekends, usually time frames when he thinks hes less likely to get caught.

This is a major health issue to have people living out of sheds without water or access to toilets, he ends up @#$% all over the place spreading disease and other sicknesses. This is absolutely unacceptable and I will be notifying all the local media outlets, televison and paper uf this problem isnt fixed asap.
