Kevin I have been to this address on multiple occasions and have fined them. They cleaned up yet several vehicles unregistered are parked in the yard instead of the driveway. They were burning some substance that had a chemical component that people had to go inside of their homes. Any help with the address would be greatly appreciated they are very defiant.
