Description

Tree on the corner of Blanchard and Dean St has lost branches due to recent storm. Branches fell on her property however she is widowed and cannot pick them up. Constituent noted that there are several dead branches on this tree; she would like to have either all the dead branches trimmed or the tree taken down.
