Thank you for contacting the City of Encinitas. On May 14, 2020, the Clean Water Division of Public Works completed an investigation.
The street and adjacent storm drain next to the property noted in the complaint were inspected for concrete runoff. The homeowner and/or contractor has since cleaned the area.
