Pretty sad how our city administration/ council can't allocate funds to better improve our streets, sidewalks and storm water pipes and drainage, but CAN give our city manager a 25% salary increase during national pandemic and that sad part is he ACCEPTED it as citizens are driving around on terrible roads and city surroundings. Our Public Works, Parks, Police and Fire have been continually working during this national event. I am assuming he is out in the field on a regular basis to fully understand how hard of manual labor work is put in by city employees. Sure hope that the whole city staff is taken care of with salary adjustments, not just city manager.
