Good luck with getting any action.
In August 2013 I submitted a request to have dead limbs removed from a tree on P near 17th. The city acknowledged my request and initiated a work order in August.
In mid-September I called to see how long it would take (after a couple of storms and some of the smaller branches had already fallen). I was told it takes up to SIX months to get action.
In September I wrote to both Jack Evans office and the ANC person with no response from either.
I wonder if the response is quicker after a branch lands on a person or property.
