Again, spoke w/ several neighbors that were also bothered by noise. It is noise pollution also. We don’t know why these people are using this... but it is disruptive to everyday living w/ this constant high frequency sound. Noise pollution.
Some neighbors may have tried to talk w/ the neighbor living n home, but to no solution. The guy doesn’t seem to care.
