Strange dumpster removal/replacement every other day at 4AM! I understand that the trash needs to be emptied, but at 4am is not the optimal time. Not to mention it's violating the noise ordinance. The truck brings a dumpster, drops it in the street and then backs into the narrow alley for 15 minutes, BEEP BEEP BEEP, pulls the dumpster out, drops it in the street, then puts the empty one in it's place. So for a solid half hour, BEEP BEEP BEEP, at 4 am? There has to be a better way!
