due to lots of rain, lots of standing water in alley & there is an odor and water will be a breeding ground for mosquitoes. what is being done to allow water to drain into sewer?

We have a program that could possibly help with this. It is not a quick turn around for repairs since we need to record our observations over many different rain events to find the right solution.
We will add this to the list and see what we can do.
