City of Hammond Neighbor

The AT&T building on Kennedy Ave is an eyesore. Everything is growing out of control landscape bushes,grass, weeds in lot.

Landlord on this duplex rental never cuts. Grass is really high.

Young girl (approximately 15ish African American) who is wearing dirty clothes and barefoot acting erratically up and down Northcote Avenue from 176th to The Northcote bridge. Never saw her in neighborhood before. She almost got hit by 2 vehicles. Worried for her health and safety. Tried calling non emergency number but didnt go through and was instructed to call 911.

On Northcote Ave 47324 area there is a young African American girl with a teal short sleeve shirt and black leggings dodging between peoples cars and houses and looks to be disoriented.

Very long grass a few feet high.
