Description
Aggressive dog hides bihind bushes and runs to scare people walking on the sidewalk. Aggressively barks. Then owner comes and tries to pool the dog. The dog is not trained and does not listen the owner. I have the video but I couldn't submit the video here. This happened 3 or 4 times during the last two months. And the owners of the dog do nothing about it.
