Do you mean the green overflow bags? If so, the overflow bags are for trash not recycling. If you used the bags for recycling, W/M will not pick up.
There is a drop off for recycling at the DPW Facility at 21 James St. Mon-Sat. 7:a.m. - 3:30 pm.
