The delapidated pool is full of green water and is a breeding ground for disease transmitting mosquitoes. It hasn't been used in years. The yard is also in ruin with poison plants bursting into every neighbors fence. There are free pool removal services such as Aston Lions Club. They should be notified. It's a liability especially if it bursts and floods all of the neighboring houses.
