there is a guy living in the green utility shed on the back of the property. this structure has no utilities connected, and no toilet for a person to use, along with no running water, all of which are a severe health risk to that person and the rest of our neighborhood. guy has been using surrounding shrubs as his bathroom when there as well. He usually doesn't show up there during the day, has been waiting until evenings and or weekends to hang out there.

please rectify this problem as this has happened before with another persons property in the neighborhood and it took a year to get rid of that person, we don't want to have another year of the same problems again but with a different property. Thius issue also is affecting our property values as well as the quality of the neighborhood too.
