Description

Not sure how to contact the property owner but the triplex at 1465 MLK / 1901 Vine St (same corner property) there is a large bush growing into the sidewalk by the NE corner of Vine @ MLK. Pedestrians often bump into each other as they round the corner or cars (like this image here) cannot see pedestrians approaching the corner.
