Excessive Noise. Loud speakers are used for church music and service. Music is so loud that it can be heard clearly for a quarter mile down the street. Music starts at 8:45am on Sunday morning. Loud speakers are unnecessary and a significant disturbance to all the neighborhoods nearby the church. It’s unacceptable
