It does no good to report something like this here. They don't check on things at night. Everything will have ended when the city goes back to work on Tuesday and checks things during business hours. All your after-hours complaints do is cause multiple emails for everyone else. If you're truly concerned, call TPD non-emergency - they may be slow to respond, but it will definitely be faster than reporting here and maybe the culprits can be caught.
