Hinds road leading to the intersection at moore St needs speed bumps. This street is constantly used as a cut through and people are flying up and down the road all the time! With the new complex exit onto church road, Hinds is going to become even more of a cut through! There are a lot of small children living on Hinds Road as well as in the rest of neighborhood. Please add speed bumps to prevent it being a street people speed down to avoid traffic lights on Hooper.
