Description

There is a city storm drain in my backyard (south side) that is either clogged or backed up. There is standing water, with decomposing leaves, that is standing and smells. Every time it now rains, I have standing water in my backyard. The kids and dog is carrying in decaying, rotting, swamp-colored water. it's dangerous and unsanitary. I've called Dekalb County, but was told to call Dunwoody Public works. I've left messages, but no one has returned my calls.
