On November 3, 2018, a tree went through the roof of 48 Dearborn Street. The City promptly removed the tree from the roof of the home and dug up and removed the tree stump. However, the City never added dirt to the tree lawn area and never planted new grass. The tree lawn area where the stump was dug up is a mess. Will the City please repair the area involved. The home at 48 Dearborn Street is a corner lot on the corner of Everett Road. The area in disrepair is located on Everett Road where the tree and stump were removed. This area of tree lawn abuts 3 Everett Road and is located in front of the stockade fence belonging to 48 Dearborn Street. Will you please fix this tree lawn area.
