The City of Madison Heights plans to pave this summer the stretch of northbound I-75 service drive from the Dallas St. Bridge over I-75 to Lincoln, subject to final budget approval. Plans are to completely reconstruct a new two-lane concrete road. Please note that the stretch of the Service Drive / Stephenson Hwy. north of Lincoln to 12 Mile is under the jurisdiction of the City of Royal Oak.
