Unfortunately, as we were informed last year, this is a private, not a city-owned, street. Here is a copy of that determination from last year:

While Chittenden Drive is a "Public Road" it is also an unaccepted street. This usually means that when the road was constructed by private development, it did not meet certain criteria or city specifications, and was never formally adopted by the city. In most cases, roads such as this are still owned by a private entity. While the City may perform light maintenance such as plowing, any roadway improvement would come from the direction of the street owner."
