The materials are being pitched through and near the fence line denoted by the red lines.

Thank you for continuing to stay engaged with this issue. ACEPD is following up with the County Parks department and will investigate the site. We will update this thread as soon as we have more information to provide.

County Parks staff has engaged the contractor to remove recently scraped surface material and dispose of it properly. Parks staff also informed the contractor of proper management practices and material disposal. EPD staff has verified that there are no current impacts to natural or water resources.
