Description

Landlord (Notorious Slumlord) refuses to pick up the trash that's strewn around the property. Yard debris, garbage, old furniture and a discarded window screen are just a few of the items that are present. He's been reported several times and nothing changes. Hope that prompt action will be taken. Thank you!
