Description

I live in the property located in 1304 seneca run in the Arrow Head community. There is a big tree in the front. It has caused some damages and further potential threats  to my properties. My car in the driveway is kept hit and damaged at some point  by the fallen branches of the tree when it has storms or big winds.  Some bigger branches in the tree appear not stable and are about to fall down sooner or later, which  leads to my big concern about this issue. 
Also, my neighbor next to my property has confronted drainage issue before and been alerted by plumbers that the root of that tree is keeping grow underground and causing more and more problems to our sewer drainage system.
I request on solving the issue before our properties will be further damaged.
