They moved all of the junk to the other end of the driveway today, but its all still there. They are also frequently seen dumping gray water in the yard and street.

Will anything meaningful be done about this? Our neighbor had some ridiculously minor tree limb that encroached into the trash alley, and you would have thought the sky was falling. Nasty letters, visits from code enforcement...and yet this goes on with no end in sight. Do we have any updates?

Pretty sure they done care at all. I especially love seeing one of them peeing in the yard yesterday morning. And the guy overdosing on the lawn...that was cool for kids to see.

there are 4 of us in this neighborhood that have been calling codes, non emergency, and 911 when needed. The police say they can not do anything unless they catch them committing a crime, the bank will not do anything because the house is occupied. Codes well they come by alot but nothing seems to change. The drug deals are so fast it is hard to call the cops when that is happening. It is very unpleasant to have them on our street.

Does anyone in the area have a camera they can point at the house to film the drug activity? This would be probable cause for the police to investigate.

To see the status go to the link at the first acknowledgment by Mayor's Action Center. What I got out of it is that basically nothing can be done because no one can be evicted now. Better call Behnken or one of the local stations with investigative reporters. They seem to get things done. Good luck - horrible situation to be living next to.

They do nothing. This city is a joke.

There are make shift sheds and tents that people are living in all over the back of the property. This can’t be legal, City needs to act before something really bad happens.

I’m going to go door-to-door with a petition for the mayor’s office. If we all agree to sue, something will get done. Our health, safety, and property are all compromised by the incompetence of the St Pete government.
