Left right in front of my driveway

Right next to a no parking sign. The have 2 parking lots they can use. Why is this allowed?

A month later, happening still. Today they had the ramp blocking part of my driveway. They’ve been asked to stop parking there, they continue. Why bother having the signs since they don’t listen and it’s not enforced?
