Please adjust the timing of the lights at Hwy 51 and Carmel Rd.
The lights controlling northbound traffic on Carmel Rd stay green for only 5 to 10 seconds at a time. Traffic is horrific especially in the afternoon, backing up on Carmel trying to cross Hwy 51.
