I live in Woodcrest walk apartments off of Covington Hwy in Lithonia. EVERY NIGHT someone in the subdivison behind the apartment complex is shooting fire works until 12am and 1 am or later. This is every night. What the heck is going on with the dekalb county police department that this is not curtail or even stopped. This needs to stop. Lithonia will continue to be the hood as long as the police does not enforce noise violation from whoever this person is that shoots the fire works.
