Description

The traffic signal for the Route 30/Exton Bypass for EB at the Route 100 Exit. does not have enough time for right hand turns onto SB Route 100.The traffic signal does have a short green light with an extended right hand turn light but it is still not enough time to alleviate the back up on the exit ramp. Traffic is backing up from the exit ramp, onto the main shoulder of the EB Bypass. This causes a dangerous situation, because it creates a stationary lane of traffic ,not intended for the highway.
