Thank you for notifying the city about your concerns with the condition of Bates Road. Bates Road has not been identified for inclusion on the coming year’s paving project list (July 1, 2020 - June 30, 2021). However, based on your inquiry, we will send staff out to reevaluate current road conditions in this area to determine if other repairs should be scheduled or if the road should be reconsidered for inclusion.

City should make Sharp Residential (currently Toll Brothers) accountable. Providence road and Bates been heavily used by construction trucks for years, it is mandatory to pave road once builder closes out. Not sure why it was not considered on Bates road and providence road. Please take necessary action.

I have contacted Mr.Eric numerous times on Bates road issues , (pedestrian lights, lot boundaries, driveway edges been damaged by heavy construction trucks, speed bumps etc) etc. no action taken seriously. Now builder closed out and HOA has no clue. Hope city looks into this issue.
