Description

The four lights between Radnor-Chester Rd and the Blue Route are poorly timed. If you hit one red light you likely hit all the red lights, especially going eastbound. Not only does this waste time and gas, but traffic backs up past the St. Davids shopping center during rush hour. The lights need to be synchronized.
