Sharraxaadda

This is now the 8th or 9th week in a row that weekly recycling collection rounds have been missed on our street. I have spent the last two months calling in every week to get it picked up. Sometimes they come and pick it up, sometimes they don't. It's attracting rats and is completely a unacceptable situation.
