Thank you for your concern, this issue has been received by our department. We will look into this issue further and resolve it accordingly.

Found Mr. Oliver Monroe head stone and reported it to Mr. Woods who the headstone was bought through. Mr. Woods has put in an order with his company to have head stone leveled. Going forward and headstones that need leveling the customer will have to go through the company they bought the headstone from to have leveled.
