On 6/30/20, an inspection was conducted and I spoke with the homeowner. Time was given to abate the violations.

It has been poorly maintained for months since residents moved in,HOA has also contacted homeowner to no avail?I doubt it will be cleaned up!

A follow up inspection was conducted on 7/6/20. It was observed that the violation has been abated.
