that is the guy at 28244 Hillview .young guy & girl friend & sister. There yard is trashed, have rats white house. sleep all day Up all night, yelling & cussing all the time. A real jerk. police are there all the time, we don't understand why they can't stop them, the cops have better things to do then babysit these crazy people!!! he's going to kill someone the way he drives,

Not fixed he got that caddy and it has blown head gaskets. Once he gets another car I’m sure he will be right back at it.

5 cops over there today .Guy broke out glass on front door, we was pushing his girl friend around again. sound like he was tearing the house up. .they have not took the garbage out in weeks, see RATS at night, we fill bad for the cops, he was cussing at them & yelling so much. Is there anyone in the city that can HELP?????

This matter has been closed by the Roseville Police Department, thank you for reporting this issue. We have taken enforcement action on various city ordinances that were violated. We will continue to issue violations whenever we can. The resident has been advised. We are also working with the landlord and 39th district court to expedite the eviction process.
